At Croozer, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused sports equipment in its original packaging. Our goal is to get you back to your peak performance with the right tools for your journey.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once our warehouse inspects the gear, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
